By subscribing to this service you and your team get unlimited access to the dashboard, the reports and every other feature available with your package.

Technical

Location should be visible under the Listings> Manage Locations - click on the location name and edit any data you want then click publish. 
Note Publications might take up to 3 business days to reflect on Google Maps.  

You can do add or delete the number of locations associated with your account anytime. And the subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of locations for the next invoicing cycle.

There could be many reasons associated to this issue.
Please make sure your locations are synchronized properly with the Post Business platform, Should you find everything normal with your integrations, then kindly contact your Relationship Manager to assist you with this matter.

You can reset the password by following these points given below:

1: In order to reset the password, you need to click “Forget” in this link.

2: After that, you need to follow the instructions that you will receive in your email to reset the password. 

To sync GMB listings (and other platforms) with the Post Business platform, you need to follow the steps given below: 

1: n the first step, you need to go to the settings of the platform.

2: In the second step, you need to select the option of “My Profile” of the platform. 

3: Then, in the third step, select the option of “My integrations”.

4: In the fourth step, to sync GMB accounts (and other platforms) with the Post Business platform, you need to connect your google GMB account or the platform of your choice.

Some reviews can be reported as inappropriate for Google to remove given they are offensive, legal issues, privacy concerns, aren’t relevant to the place reviewed, or cause a conflict of interest.

But overall, Negative reviews cannot be deleted but responding to them will help keep your profile active and your customers engaged, and the insight will help you make sure the issue is not repeated.

When information about your business changes, update it with Google My Business. Keeping your account up-to-date makes sure that Google has the most accurate information to share with potential customers. In some cases, Google may not accept changes if we believe they’re inaccurate.
